Refund Policy
Overview
Thank you for supporting our church and its ministries. Your tithes, offerings, donations, and other contributions help us carry out our mission, ministry programs, community outreach, and church operations.
Because charitable contributions are generally given voluntarily, all donations, tithes, and offerings are considered final and non-refundable, except in limited circumstances described below.
Refunds
A refund may be considered when:
- A donation was made in error.
- An incorrect donation amount was entered.
- A duplicate transaction occurred.
- An unauthorized transaction was made using your payment method.
- A payment was made for a church event, program, or activity that was canceled by the church.
- Another circumstance exists that church leadership determines warrants a refund.
Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the transaction.
Approval of refund requests is at the discretion of the church and may depend on the circumstances of the transaction.
Processing Approved Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will generally be returned to the original method of payment whenever possible.
Please allow sufficient processing time for the refund to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
Donations, Tithes, and Offerings
Voluntary donations, tithes, offerings, special offerings, building-fund contributions, memorial gifts, and other charitable contributions are generally non-refundable once submitted.
If you believe a contribution was submitted accidentally or for the wrong amount, please contact the church promptly so the matter can be reviewed.
Church Events and Programs
Payments or registration fees for church-sponsored events, programs, trips, or activities may have separate refund or cancellation terms.
If the church cancels an event or program for which payment was collected, eligible participants may receive a refund or other appropriate accommodation as determined by the church.
Duplicate or Unauthorized Transactions
If you notice a duplicate or unauthorized transaction, please contact the church as soon as possible.
Please provide the transaction date, amount, and any other information that will help us identify the transaction. For your security, do not send complete credit card or banking information by email.
Need Help?
If you have questions about a donation, payment, or refund request, please contact the church directly.
We appreciate your generosity and continued support of our church and its ministries.
