The Deacons are to be servants of the church, their duties and responsibilities are written in Acts 6:2-3.  Deacons is the only other Ministry that is “ordained” at the church.   They are the only ones that serve communion to the members of God’s family.  Their duties and responsibilities are to serve as a council of advice to the Pastor in all matters pertaining to the welfare and spiritual work of the Church.
